We were told by friends to have the Shibuya Honey Toast at After You Dessert Cafe everyday during our trip, but we did not have time for it until this last day of our trip. After some last minute shopping at Pratunam Market (again), checking out & depositing our luggage at the hotel, we walked around Central World Shopping Centre, and settled down at the cafe for the Shibuya Honey Toast.
We made our way to the airport via the Airport Rail Link, and had our dinner at Silom Village Restaurant located at the departure hall.
The Shibuya Honey Toast is definitely not over-rated, and we gobbled down the soft and fluffy toast pretty quickly. The coffee is also aromatic, and is a good match to the toast.
After the light lunch (since we weren't too hungry) and window shopping at Central World Shopping Centre, we had our massage at Watergate Spa. We were there 2 days before, and decided to go there again due to the reasonable price, good service, clean environment and close proximity. I did the body scrub the first time I was there, and opted for the foot massage this time. The masseur was great; other than helping me ease the soreness of my feet (from days of walking), she also helped me relieve the strain at my shoulder (even though I paid for the foot massage only). Watergate spa is located at the building just next to Amari Watergate hotel.
This marks the end of our trip to the Land of Thousands Smile. Hopefully, we'll have chance to visit this wonderland once again soon!
